Our Double Wall Corrugated Boxes provide a strong and versatile packaging solution for products that require extra durability. They can be manufactured in most common box styles and are available in a range of board thicknesses to suit different performance needs.

CA flute at 9mm is created by combining C flute and A flute, producing a very tough board that is ideal for large or heavy boxes. BC flute at 7mm is a widely used heavy duty double wall grade, offering excellent strength for general applications. EB flute at 4.5mm is a lighter double wall option that is particularly suitable for printed boxes where a smoother surface is beneficial.

A variety of board combinations are available, including brown outer with brown inner, brown outer with white inner, white outer with brown inner and white outer with white inner. This allows you to choose the finish that best suits your product and branding.

Printing options include up to four-colour flexographic printing on both sides, as well as full-colour CMYK digital printing for detailed or vibrant designs. This gives you flexibility whether you need high-volume production or smaller, visually impactful runs.
