Hand Pallet Wrap

Description

Our Hand Pallet Wrap range is designed to give you strong, reliable and easy-to-use film for everyday pallet securing. Available in Cast or Blown film types, each option offers distinct benefits to suit different wrapping preferences and warehouse conditions.

Blown Hand Wrap delivers excellent strength, puncture resistance and durability, making it ideal for demanding environments where loads may have sharp edges or require a tougher film. It is available in Standard, Powerwrap and Ultimate Wrap grades, with the choice of extended or flush cores. Coloured films — including blue, white, black, red, yellow and green — allow for simple pallet identification or colour-coding.

Cast Hand Wrap offers a smooth, quiet unwind and excellent clarity, making it a great choice where presentation and ease of use are important. Available in Standard and Powerwrap grades, it provides consistent load stability while remaining lightweight and user-friendly. Extended or flush cores are available depending on your preferred wrapping method.

Our most popular grade is 400mm x 300mtr x 14mu with extended cores, the core is 25mm od making this very ergonomic for the person wrapping the pallet. Customers now prefer this hand roll and have ditched their applicators.

Whatever grade you currently use, we can match it and often reduce overall film usage through improved stretch efficiency and performance. Our team is always available to help you choose the most suitable film for your operation, ensuring you get the best balance of strength, usability and cost-effectiveness.
