Our Single Wall Corrugated Boxes provide a practical and adaptable packaging solution for businesses across many industries. They can be manufactured in all common box styles and are available in a range of board thicknesses to suit different performance requirements.

A flute at 5mm is not commonly used as a single wall grade and is more often combined with C flute to create the very tough CA double wall board. C flute at 4mm is a popular heavy duty single wall option, while B flute at 3mm is the most widely used grade for general packaging. E flute at 1.5mm is ideal for printed boxes where a finer surface and crisp print finish are important.

These boxes can be produced in natural brown, white or mixed brown and white combinations on the inside and outside, giving you flexibility in both appearance and functionality. Printing options include four-colour flexographic printing on both sides, which is ideal for larger volumes, or full-colour CMYK digital printing for detailed or photographic designs without the need for printing plates.
