Our Heavy-Duty Pallet Boxes are engineered to provide exceptional strength, stability and protection for goods during storage, handling and long-distance transport. Manufactured from robust double-wall cardboard, they offer a load capacity of up to 1000kg, making them ideal for heavy, oversized or high-value items. For additional reinforcement, optional 47mm x 47mm x 920mm wooden posts can be added, increasing rigidity and overall durability.
Both the cardboard boxes and wooden posts are 100% recyclable, giving you a reliable packaging solution that also supports environmentally responsible operations. Designed with practicality in mind, each pallet box features hinged doors on both long sides, allowing quick and efficient loading without the need to fully dismantle the box.
These pallet boxes are supplied in a traditional 0201 style, with flaps on one end and an open top, along with a die-cut, easy-to-assemble lid. This eliminates the need for name tape and ensures a secure closure. Their strong construction allows them to be double-stacked, helping you maximise warehouse or trailer space and improve overall logistics efficiency
