Each die cut box is produced using a specific cutting tool that stamps out the exact shape needed. This ensures consistent size tolerance on every box, which is particularly important when the packaging is intended for use on a carton erecting machine. The cost of the cutting tool is usually included within our quotation, so you have full clarity from the start.
Die cut boxes also has options available for peal and seal strips, rippa strips, tab locks, integrated fitments.
Die cut boxes can be manufactured in both single wall and double wall board, giving you flexibility depending on the level of strength and protection required. A variety of board combinations are available, including brown outer with brown inner, brown outer with white inner, white outer with brown inner and white outer with white inner.
Printing options include up to four-colour flexographic print on both sides, as well as CMYK digital printing for full-colour designs. This allows you to create packaging that is both functional and visually appealing.
