The material is produced entirely from 100% recycled waste, including cardboard, wastepaper and paper packaging. By turning what would otherwise be discarded into a dense, durable paper stock, Greyboard Unlined Layer Pads offer a strong and environmentally responsible packaging solution.

Because Greyboard Unlined Board is thinner than corrugated cardboard, it requires significantly less storage space and allows for a much higher sheet count per pallet — typically around 2,000 sheets. This makes it an economical option for businesses looking to reduce both costs and warehouse footprint.

During production, the recycled fibres are pulped together, which means the colour of the finished sheets can vary depending on the blend of materials used. This natural variation is part of the product’s recycled character and does not affect its strength or performance.
