Our stretch hooding is supplied bespoke to order, giving you the flexibility to tailor each hood to your exact load type, pallet size and operational requirements. Custom printed designs can also be added to support branding, improve load identification and create a professional finish throughout the supply chain.

This high-performance polythene stretch film secures palletised loads without the use of heat, offering a safer and more efficient alternative to traditional shrink wrap methods. It provides excellent stability across a wide range of applications, from lightweight items such as empty bottles to heavy loads like sandbags. A vented version is also available for operations where airflow is essential to maintain product quality over time.

Supplied on a continuous roll of gusseted film, the hood is stretched over the pallet load to create a tight, protective seal. With up to 30% stretch capability, each hood can be produced smaller than the pallet footprint, reducing film consumption and improving cost efficiency. The material also offers strong product visibility and smooth handling, making it a practical choice for busy warehouse environments.

We manufacture stretch hood film to your required specifications, including wide-width formats for the insulation sector. Available options include:
