Just Pick Location Bins

Description

Just Pick Location Bins provide a practical and environmentally responsible solution for creating organised picking locations in your warehouse or stock area. Made entirely from cardboard, they offer a sustainable alternative to plastic storage bins while still delivering the strength and durability required for demanding warehouse environments.

Our 4PL size bins are produced from high-quality double wall cardboard, with each bin capable of holding at least five kilograms. They can be stacked as shown in our installation examples and have already helped an online fashion retailer gain an additional 450 picking locations within the same footprint they were already using. This makes them a highly cost-effective way to extend your working area without major investment.

The 4PL bin measures 600mm in width, 500mm in depth and 400mm in height. These bins work well in shallow racking or as free-standing rows on the floor, allowing you to maximise space while maintaining clear, organised picking locations. Once barcoded, they integrate smoothly with your warehouse management system to support accurate stock control and efficient picking.

Made from premium cardboard, the bins are hard-wearing, long-lasting and designed for daily warehouse use. They can also be branded to your requirements, subject to minimum order quantities. We are currently exploring additional sizes based on customer demand to expand the range further, offering even more flexibility for your storage layout.
